胡椒蝦香料由多款風味混合而成,有著台式靈魂的渾厚勁道,佐料比例調配層次豐富,烤豬肉、胡椒蝦、胡椒魚、炒小卷、炒鳳螺等食材皆能輕鬆料理,也適用於當成醃料去腥提升風味。胡椒蝦香料可以用於所有海鮮類、肉類、菇類和蔬菜,讓料理新手也能簡單駕馭,是廚房最佳良伴。

食材:
大白蝦600克、蒜頭15克、蔥1根15克、薑15克、米酒50毫升、胡椒蝦香料1包

做法:
1. 蒜頭切碎、薑切細末,放入鍋中炒香
2.放入蝦子拌炒2分鐘
3.加入米酒和蝦煮滾
4.將胡椒蝦香料倒入半包攪拌均勻
5.起鍋前將另半包倒入攪拌至湯汁收乾,切蔥花擺盤"
