Description

馬告源自泰雅族語“Magao”，生長於海拔100公尺至1500公尺的闊葉林，因山胡椒樹多為自然野生種，需仰賴人力進入山區手工採集，稀少的數量使其成為珍貴的食材。馬告山胡椒帶有檸檬香茅的氣味，微麻的口感能刺激食慾，並與蔥薑蒜一樣有去腥提味的功能，煮湯、炒菜、醃肉等料理都很適合。
