萬用滷味包精選上等香辛料配製而成,專為於一般滷味設計調配,適用於豬肉、牛肉、雞肉、豬頭皮、豆干以及海帶等各式滷製食物,甘醇濃厚的風味讓人食指大動。

建議用量:
滷味包:1包 肉(食材):1公斤 水:1.5公升 冰糖:2匙(10公克) 醬油:5匙(100毫升) 蔥薑蒜頭辣椒:依個人口味

調理方法:
1.使用豬肉、牛肉、雞肉、豬頭皮、豆干以及海帶等食材烹煮約45分鐘,依滷材與個人喜好做適度增減。
2.熄火並浸味1小時以上(時間越久越入味)
